All PowerPoint template files are delivered in compressed file formats. What is a compressed file format? A compressed file format is a file that contains your files but is saved with compression using a third party software for example, as a Zip file (WinZip) or a Stuffit file. PPTtemplate.com uses a file compression format for downloaidng all orders and purchases to minimze the file size and your time for downloading over the Internet. Which file compression format does PPTtemplate.com use? PPTtemplate.com uses WinZip to compress all of its PowerPoint templates. Do I have the WinZip tool or where can I get it from? If you are using the Macintosh, you are most likely using Stuffit Expander as your preferred compression tool, which expands files of the .sit and .sea extensions. Stuffit Expander also expands WinZip files, which have the .zip file extension. Stuffit Expander is available freely at Stuff It. And the WinZip application, available for evaluation from WinZip. After downloading and installing the WinZip software, you'll need to use the program to 'unzip' your downloaded zip file. When I download my order from PPTtemplate.com where is it saved? When you begin to download your order, your browser will prompt where you wish to save the file in the "Save As" window. Select a location you can find easily. Such as on the root of your hard drive or your Desktop. I have downloaded a PowerPoint template but I only have the Title Master. Where are the rest of the slides that I purchased? Your order contains 3 files. The Template Master POT file The Print Master POT file The License Agreement Readme file when you extract your order from the winzip archive. By default PowerPoint only displays the Title Master Slide. When you choose New Slide from the Insert main menu option, you will insert a new slide that will enable you to see the other slide designs of your purchase. The Template Master file contains both the Title Master slide and the Slide Master design, optimized for screen use. Whilst the Print Master file contains both the Title Master slide and the Print Master slide design, optimized for print use.
